Job: Working Foreman
Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting for one of Scotland's largest Civil Engineering contractors. Our client has been in operation for over 30 years and work across various sectors including Infrastructure, Substations, Windfarms and Road formations.
They are looking to add a working foreman to their workforce ASAP to manage a project in South Ayrshire for next next year.
The Job
You will be responsible for the supervision of several gangs on a large windfarm project
Duties include:
- Working closely with the Contracts manager, reporting on quality, efficiency & health & safety.
- Carrying out RAMS toolbox talks and staff briefings.
- Completing paperwork per project ensuring the contract manager is fully aware of each project’s status.
The Candidate
The Successful candidate will have:
- Significant civils experience
- On site delivery experience – either as ganger or foreman.
Desirable but not essential
You will be:
- An excellent communicator
- Keen to develop in a business with large growth plans
