We are looking to expand our business, based in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill.
Our team is now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Resourcers to work with our experienced management team.
We operate in the Construction market helping people find their next permanent or fixed term contract.
We are looking for people that are keen to start a new career. One that is not only interesting but challenging.

After a successful traineeship, you will be offered a commission structure with uncapped earnings.
What you will do daily:
- Offer an excellent level of service to each candidate and client that registers to use Boyd recruitment.
- Call prospective candidates and clients offering our services.
- Meeting with candidates multiple times per week to build new and lasting relationships
- Achieving targets set and agreed by you.
- Assist in the management of our database and compliance forms
