Our client are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead the delivery of a cutting-edge Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure project in Doncaster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the UK’s transition to sustainable transport, working on a fast-paced, future-focused development with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations to ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant delivery.

• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and logistics on a busy civil works project.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Coordinate groundworks, ducting, cabling, and associated civil elements of the EV installation.

• Lead daily site briefings and progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management for civil engineering projects (5+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of groundworks and utilities.

• Previous experience working on EV charging infrastructure or renewable energy projects is desirable.

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certified.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid UK driving licence.
