Site Manager – Civil Engineering & Build
Location: Central Belt, Scotland

Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a well-established Civils Contractor with a strong presence across Scotland.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a variety of small civils projects – ranging from car park construction through to MOD refurbishments.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality assurance (QA) standards are met

• Maintaining accurate site records and producing detailed paperwork

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements

Requirements

• SMSTS qualification

• Proven experience in Civil Engineering and build projects

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth site delivery

Location

Projects are primarily based across the Central Belt of Scotland.
