The Role

As a Junior Project Planner, you will support the planning team in delivering high-quality project schedules across a range of engineering and construction projects. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced planners and project managers, contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules
• Monitor project progress and update plans accordingly
• Support the analysis of project performance and reporting
• Work closely with project teams to gather data and track milestones
• Identify potential risks and delays, proposing mitigation strategies
• Ensure planning processes align with company and industry standards

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Familiarity with planning software (e.g., ASTA or MS Project) 
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
