Boyd Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who are looking to add an experienced HSE Advisor to their team. This role will be based across Helensburgh and Coulport, supporting a range of high-security, critical infrastructure projects.

The Role

As the HSE Advisor, you will:

• Provide on-site Health, Safety & Environmental support across civil engineering projects in Helensburgh and Coulport

• Ensure full compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements

• Deliver site audits, inspections, and incident investigations

• Support operational teams with safe systems of work, RAMS, and toolbox talks

• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement

• Liaise with client representatives on all HSE matters

• Prepare reports, risk assessments, and training documentation where required

About You

To be considered, you will need:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

• Black CSCS card 

• Experience working within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, marine, or defence environments

• Strong communication skills and confidence working closely with site teams

• A proactive, solution-focused approach to safety

• A full UK driving licence

Due to the nature of the projects, you must be a UK citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
