Concrete Supervisor – Scotland

Permanent | Full-Time | Travel Across Scotland & UK

An established multi-disciplinary construction contractor is looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee large-scale concrete pours across Scotland. This is a hands-on role, managing teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors

• Supervise all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications

• Organise plant, equipment, and resources efficiently

• Monitor progress against programmes and deadlines

• Ensure health & safety requirements are met and adhered to

• Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship

Requirements

• Extensive experience in concrete works

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings

• SSSTS/SMSTS required

• CSCS card required

• First Aid at Work is advantageous

• Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and a commitment to safety
